Everyone knows the importance of re booking a client, but imagine the benefits to your business if you were to PLAN BOOK your clients!

What am I talking about? I'm talking about setting a plan for your clients for at least a year in advance.

The best way to do this is to set a 1/2 hour consultation and simply plan out the year for them. This should include in house services as well as retail.

This is a wonderful way to get to know your clients and to set expectations for them ie: I will start you on this program today and in 3 months time, your skin will be ready for (name appropriate products/services), then by the 6th month, ???, will happen.

Through this process, future sales will be easy as you would have explained why they need specific care at certain times of the year. All of their appointments are made in advance, so there are no surprises for them and you only need to rebook them once a year and not once every appointment.

I would encourage a "Keep it" reward card for the clients to encourage them to keep to their original appointments....they receive a stamp at the end of each appointment and receive a little gift at the end of each three month period to thank them for keeping to their original time and day.
