Deep Tissue Massage Techniques Workshop BTW2-8

Deep tissue massage is a type of Swedish massage that uses deeper pressure and has proven to be beneficial in releasing muscle tension. The focus is on the deeper layers of muscle, tendons and fascia and often focusing on areas of concern for the client.

The workshop will show therapists how to safely implement deep tissue techniques but also how these techniques can be incorporated into existing routines.
